Cajun Salmon with Pan Fried Red Potatoes and Asparagus



tonights dinner was yummy and very easy to make. i rubbed the salmon with a little olive oil and sprinkled on some cajun seasoning and baked them in the oven for about 25 minutes. i put diced potatoes, one clove of pressed garlice and a good bit of olive oil in a frying pan and cooked it over medium-high heat for about 20 minutes, stirring frequently. near the end i sprinkled them with course sea salt. they come out crisp and delicious. i served this with a side of crisp blanched asparagus. quick, easy, and delicious!
