Birthday Cake

this morning the girls and i baked a birthday cake for andi to take to school tomorrow. this is the first of several birthday cakes to be made this week in celebration of andi's birthday. next we have the cake for her actual birthday on wednesday and then we have the cake for her birthday party on saturday. anyway the girls thoroughly enjoy making and icing the cake today and they were so cute in their little aprons. the chocolate cake recipe that i use is hershey's "perfectly chocolate" chocolate cake. it is my all time favorite. however since you can't buy hershey's outside the united states our cake might be more correctly named cadbury's perfectly chocolate cake.
