Grilled Lamb Chops

tonight we had lamb chops cooked on the grill. they were really good and really easy to make. i sprinkled them with garlic salt, freshly ground pepper, thyme, and some freshly picked rosemary from our garden. then grilled them for about 3 minutes per side. i served them with garlic mashed potatoes and a brocoli, cauliflower, and carrot medley.

The lamb was especially good with Castillo San Lorenzo Reserva Rioja 1999. I got a bottle half-price at Tesco. I should have bought more, but didn't want to get more than 1 bottle without trying it first. Now the sale is over, and I'm kicking myself for not getting a whole case.
